Hi, I’m Carie, the heart and hands behind Carie Co. Gingy Houses. This all started over 20 years ago when I began baking gingerbread houses for my kids’ classrooms around the holidays. It was just a fun little way to add some magic to their celebrations. But soon, word got out, and before I knew it, other classes wanted in, too. Pretty soon, I was baking for entire grades!

What began as a family tradition became something that friends, neighbors, and teachers looked forward to every holiday season. People started asking if I could make gingerbread houses for their own families and gatherings, and eventually, I decided to turn this little passion into Carie Co. Gingy Houses.
